Chandy Casale, of Franco-Italian origin, was born in Caracas. She founded Casale and Co. in 2003. At a young age she learned that discipline leads to success.

Chandy received a Masters in Communication at the Institute ISCOM in Paris. Language learning is also a passion of Chandy's and from an early age she has been mastering four languages: Italian, Spanish, English, and French.

Chandy began working at the center of EURO RSGG Works, where she was the superviser of LVMH budgets. After this position, she joined Wolford France, accepting the post of Director of Communication.

In 2003, Chandy founded Casale and Co. A year later her mother, Chantal, joined her after 12 years of service to the group LVMH.
